How to Become a Team Sponsor:

Getting involved is simple! Here's what you need to do:

Step 1 - Complete the Sponsorship Form: Please take just 5 minutes to fill out our sponsorship form. It provides us with essential information to ensure your recognition as a team sponsor. To ensure your logo gets the visibility it deserves, please upload it directly to the sponsorship form.

Step 2 - Payment Options:

PAY BY CHECK: If you prefer to pay by check, please make it payable to "Midway Little League" and mail it to the following address:

Step 3 - Submit Your Logo: You should have uploaded your logo to the registration form, however, if you did not, you can email it to [email protected].

**Important Dates to Remember:**

Sponsorship Forms: Please complete and submit the sponsorship form by September 25th.
Logos: Ensure your logo is received by September 29th to be included in our promotional materials.
Payment: Please make sure your payment reaches us by October 6th.
